A helpful gem in Rome

Our stay at A Trastevere Da M.E. was delightful! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely rain shower. Michaela and Elisa made our experience unforgettable with their warm hospitality and excellent recommendations, enhancing our local dining adventures. The daily room cleaning was a nice touch, too!

However, we faced minor inconveniences during our stay. The hairdryer was a bit unreliable and the shower took longer to drain. Additionally, the elevator was somewhat finicky, which added a bit of hassle when transporting our luggage.

the noise from neighboring rooms was just unbearable, I could hear every single word they said. also, the bathroom was way too small for three people, limiting our comfort. I was honestly expecting some sort of upgrade for the inconvenience, but alas. no special treatment for me, just another regular guest, I suppose.

Try the local bakeries and restaurants recommended by the staff. they truly enhance the experience of exploring Trastevere.

The location was convenient, allowing me to walk to major attractions like the Vatican in 25 minutes and the Colosseum in just 20 minutes.

It was just an excellent fit for a mini-vacation in Rome with very good value for money. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with great recommendations for local eateries, which really enhanced our stay.
